I would just like to say that finding Aqualibria in London was a god send for me. I have been traveling for months in Europe and was feeling a bit unbalanced by all the travel and not eating as well as I could have if I were home. I was afraid of getting sick while traveling so I decided prevention was the best medicine and had three colonics while in London. Velile was wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable and \"taken care of\".
By the third colonic I was feeling 100% better, full of energy and clarity and better yet, I have not been sick even once, not even a sniffle.

I've always been essentially healthy and I make a practice of taking a preventative approach to maintaining my health. So, when I began to feel the need to flush my system out, I undertook Johanna Brandt's 'Grape Cure', which I have always found extremely valuable and effective, and began the search for a colonic irrigation therapist (as I was less than enamoured with the service I had previously experienced). It wasn't long before you were recommended to me very highly - and deservedly so I was to discover.
I felt thoroughly cleaned out after the session and so much clearer - mentally as well as physically. As you know, I've had a number of colonics in the past but none have come close technology wise, and certainly not in terms of the preparation process and your attention to detail. Never before have I been given a blanket of any description (let alone a beautifully soft pastel blue one!) to add to my comfort, or peppermint oil to inhale when I felt nauseous (as I often have during colonics) or an energy drink at the end to prepare me for the journey home. All were small touches that, to me, communicated your deep passion and commitment to your clients' health and well-being.

I came to Aqualibria because having had three colonics before I could already see the difference this made and I wanted to continue improving my health and vitality. The biggest improvement that I have noticed since my visits to Aqualibria is before I started the colonic hydrotherapy I suffered with arthritis in my fingers it was especially bad first thing in the morning thorough my visits I notice that I am no longer suffering with this problem. My body was so polluted with toxin that when I ate it always felt like my food stayed at the top of my chest and wouldn't go any further I have noticed that this is no longer a problem and I am also eating less because I don't feel as if I need to keep stuffing myself. I have also noticed that where I used to drink a glass of wine with dinner or when we went out for a meal I no longer feel the need to do this my body has no craving for this anymore What I enjoy most about Aqualibria is the serenity and peacefulness and the welcoming feeling: each time I arrive for my session I am made to feel comforted and relaxed respected and appreciated and loved.

I visited Aqualibria because I have for many years suffered from IBS, bloated stomach and general tiredness.
I have had colonics before (on the closed system) but after a brief conversation with a client of yours (in the ladies restrooms in a pub!) and hearing her rave about your wonderful equipment. I was compelled to give it a go. Aqualibria was beautiful, clean and very modern but most of all the chat I had with Velile on the phone when I was trying to book an appointment was very friendly and reassuring leaving me in no doubt about the viability of the location. The visit itself was reassuring and very enjoyable. The treatment was far better and more comfortable than any other colonic I have had in the past.
I immediately felt "empty" and very clean and since the visit my toilet habits have changed beyond belief and my tiredness through the day almost non existent.

I had tried the Colonic closed system before a couple of times relying on the skills of the therapists which was not a good experience. After meeting Vel in Scotland and trying the open system I decided to carry on with regular colonic treatments at Aqualibria in order to improve my overall health and wellbeing. After doing 3 colonics my constipation problems disappeared which was great as I have had them all my life. Also the bloatedness. I feel the regular colonics and a balanced diet are helping me to maintain a great level of energy. Vel approach makes you feel that you’re in good hands, she’s supportive, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy coming to Aqualibria because I know I’m taking care of myself and that I’m investing on my long term health, as well as feeling great afterwards.
