Before you
decide whether to visit Aqualibria or not, consider this:
- We are a
full time medispa and we focus
exclusively on digestive health and colon hydrotherapy: we dont try to
be jack of all trades and masters of none;

We are here for you seven days a week: we are not renting other
people's space and running a clinic day once in a while; once you
become our client, you can contact us anytime for any question or
advice that you may need;
- All our
therapists are medically qualified nurses as well as specialised colon
hydrotherapists: so you know you are in the safe hands of
professionally qualified people;

Our clinical director has direct experience with over 2000 clients over
the last 4 years of operation, helping them to resolve constipation,
ibs, bloating, sluggishness, fatigue, skin conditions and energy
issues: she is the one you will spend an hour with on your first visit;
- We only use
state of the art fixed colon
hydrotherapy equipment which is maintained regularly and of course
medically sanitised after every single treatment; the water
purification system is inspected and filters are changed once a month;

We are recognised as an authority in the industry and are regularly

- Despite
common belief, colon hydrotherapy does
have contraindications and not everyone is suitable for the treatment:
this is why as soon as you make an appointment, we ask you to complete
a medical questionnaire online which our clinical director will
thouroughly check before your visit to make sure that you are
absolutely safe to undergo colon hydrotherapy;

Most of our clients are very busy individuals who are often short of
time and having to neglect certain areas of their life, this has lead
overtime to a less than optimal health: in most cases, once a detox
process is complete, things can improve naturally and easily
by
making a few lifestyle changes: this is why by having a 1 hour
consultation, you are able to understand exactly what you need to to do
to resolve your problems.
How far in
advance do I need to book?
Due to
popularity of our programmes and in order to maintain the level of
personal attention we want to give to our clients, there is a limited
number of new clients we can welcome. All clients visiting the for the
first time receive the personal attention of Miss Velile Ndebele the
clinical director.
Please contact
us well in advance to reserve your preferred appointment date and time
and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have. Evenings
and weekends are extremely popular, we do however maintain a waiting
list for when cancellations occur so it is sometimes possible to have
an appointment at a short notice for these times.

On booking
your appointment, you will be asked to complete and return some
questionnaires regarding your medical history, diet and lifestyle that
will form the basis of your consultation on your first visit.
Please arrive at least 10
minutes before your appointment to allow for a stress free check in. We
request that you turn off your mobile phone while at the centre to
ensure your relaxation as well as that of others. Please note that we
adhere to a prompt appointment schedule.
Bookings
and Cancellation Policy
We do require
credit/debit card details to hold your reservation.
A 24-hour
reschedule/cancellation policy applies. Due to the high demand of
appointments, if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24
hours notice is required; failure to do so will result in the full cost
of your treatment being debited from the card.
