How far in advance do I need to book? Due to popularity of our programmes and in order to maintain the level of personal attention we want to give to our clients, there is a limited number of new clients we can welcome. All clients visiting the for the first time receive the personal attention of Miss Velile Ndebele the clinical director. Please contact us well in advance to reserve your preferred appointment date and time and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have. Evenings and weekends are extremely popular, we do however maintain a waiting list for when cancellations occur so it is sometimes possible to have an appointment at a short notice for these times. Aqualibria is open seven days a week as indicated here on the top left of this page. On booking your appointment, you will be asked to complete and return some questionnaires regarding your medical history, diet and lifestyle that will form the basis of your consultation on your first visit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for a stress free check in. We request that you turn off your mobile phone while at the centre to ensure your relaxation as well as that of others. Please note that we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule.
We do require credit/debit card details to hold your reservation. A 24-hour reschedule/cancellation policy applies. Due to the high demand of appointments, if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required; failure to do so will result in the full cost of your treatment being debited from the card.
